Abuelo – cuando seremos pueblo
This interesting little statue is in the square next to the church, the parroquia de San Andres, and is the work of sculptor Francisco Martín Molina.

El Jabegote
At the paseo marítimo end of the Paseo de Larios is a statue called El Jabegote and it is dedicated to the men of the sea – homenaje a los hombres de la mar. It is the work of Jaime F Pimentel and was erected in 2003.
Dog
About half way down the Paseo de Larios is a cute sculpture of a dog taking a leak against a decorative fountain.
Blas Infante
A statue to Blas Infante (Blas Infante Pérez de Vargas), considered the father of Andalucian autonomy, stands on the paseo marítimo.
José Antonio Gallego
A statue to José Antonio Gallego stands on the paseo marítimo. Gallego was an ‘abogado defensor de los pueblos Andaluces’ and the statue, by sculptor F. Martín, was erected in 2007.
